HELP !! Results from zabix , CPU usage and “top” commands are not the same

Hi
I am trying to configure the Zabbix with snmp v1 and simple check , I wanted to check the CPU usage with SNMPv1 , I had used this OID ,
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawUser.0 = Counter32: 192828
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawNice.0 = Counter32: 3828
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawSystem.0 = Counter32: 33430
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawIdle.0 = Counter32: 7601248
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawWait.0 = Counter32: 21258
UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawKernel.0 = Counter32: 28568

but the results which I get by using “top” command and xabbix is different
Is there any other way (with SNMPv1) for getting CPU usage
Please guide
